Luna Eco Sustainable Cleaning Program
These are the principles that make up our Eco Cleaning Program/Be Green, designed to make your stay more sustainable and environmentally friendly:
- SUSTAINABLE CLEANING: We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and invite you to join us during your stay. You can schedule the cleaning service, preferably before 6:00 PM the day before, using the QR code you'll find in your apartment. If you don't need it, we will respect your privacy and won't enter your apartment (unless your stay exceeds 3 days)

If you need cleaning service at any time, we encourage you to request it preferably before 6:00 PM the day before using the QR code available in your apartment. If you don't need it, we will respect your privacy and won't enter your apartment unless your stay exceeds 3 days."
