What will we use your data for?

At deLuna Hotels we use your personal data, on the basis of the legitimate interest between the parties and/or your express consent, to provide the services offered by our hotel establishments.

We also collect your data when you send us your CV through the section provided for this purpose, for use in recruitment processes; this information may be shared with the other companies that make up deLuna Group.

If you book at one of our hotels, your data will be used specifically to manage your booking and any other requests you make, as well as for any other arrangements arising from your stay with us.

If you decide to leave your car in our car parks, we will also record your vehicle's registration number. If your organisation has a commercial agreement with us allowing its customers to reserve a space and leave their car in our car park, we will only record the data required to reserve the space and the details of the vehicle entering the car park.

If you contact us through our official telephone numbers, booking apps, our website or social media, your data will be processed solely to respond to your request, in order to manage your requests, deal with any queries, questions or comments you send us through the official channels provided for this purpose, and keep you informed about our services.

Once you book with us, stay at our establishments or send us an enquiry through this channel and accept this Policy by ticking the box, we will legitimately use your email address or telephone number to keep you informed of all our news, offers, etc. You can cancel or unsubscribe from these communications at any time; withdrawing your consent will not affect the other data we hold about you.

In any case, we will maintain due confidentiality regarding all the information you provide to us and will apply technical and organisational security measures to your personal data to guarantee its confidentiality and prevent access to the information by unauthorised third parties.

Who will we share your data with?

How long do we keep your data?

deLuna Hotels will keep your information for as long as any kind of relationship with us exists, and will delete it once any applicable legal obligations that may arise have expired.

Naturally, certain information must be kept for the minimum period established by the relevant sector-specific regulations.

This is the case of guest registers, which must be kept for 3 years at the disposal of the State Security Forces and Bodies.

If you contact us through the channels indicated, your data will be stored for as long as necessary to respond to your request for information.

Commercial communications

If you stay with us, fill in a booking or contact form, or write to us expressing interest in our services, you may receive information by electronic means about your interests or the services we offer.
