What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need more flexibility, contact us and we’ll inform you of the options.

Do you have a reception?

Our apartments do not have a physical reception, but we offer 24-hour assistance via phone, email, and WhatsApp messaging.

Can I park here?

We offer parking for our guests at the Boutique Hotel Luna Granada Centro, just a 5-minute walk from Luna Suites Palacio Dorita Apartments. It’s the closest and most convenient option. The price is €21 per day.

Yes, we have private parking at the hotel. You can book it together with your accommodation, add it later by contacting us, or upon arrival. The price is €21 per day.

Please note that, due to roadworks on one of the streets providing access to the hotel parking (San Antón Street), the usual route will be temporarily altered.
You must go up Recogidas Street to the end, turn right onto Acera del Darro Street, then continue straight and turn into the fourth street on the right, entering Verónica de la Virgen Street. Next, take the first right into San Isidro Street and continue to the end, where you will find our parking:

In the same building, you will also find the reception of Hotel Boutique Luna Granada Centro, where our team will be delighted to assist you with any questions or recommendations you may need during your stay in the city.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Our apartments do not have a swimming pool.

Do you have luggage storage?

Yes, our luggage storage is located at the Boutique Hotel Luna, which belongs to our chain and is only a 5-minute walk away.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in this establishment. However, our chain’s Gran Hotel Luna de Granada, also in the city, does offer pet-friendly accommodations.

Is there air conditioning or heating?

All apartments are equipped with climate control. Heating is provided through the air conditioning system.

Can I cook in the apartments?

All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, except the studios which have a kitchen but only a microwave, no stovetop.

Will I find basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc.) in the accommodation?

We offer a welcome courtesy with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and coffee

Is there a washing machine?

There is no washing machine, but our team will be happy to guide you to the nearest self-service laundry.

Is there an iron for clothes?

Yes, we can provide an iron and ironing board upon request.

Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace?

Except for our ground floor apartments, studios and the attic, all others have balconies.

Are parties allowed in the apartments?

No, parties are not allowed. One of our rules is to respect the rest of the other apartments, especially after 11:00 p.m.
