At Apartamentos Luna Suites Granada, we want you to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay, combining the freedom of an apartment with the care and attention characteristic of the DeLuna Hotels brand.

That’s why we have gathered in this section the most frequently asked questions from our guests, with clear and up-to-date answers to help you plan your visit with complete peace of mind.

Do you have questions about our services, schedules, facilities, or how to get here? Here you will find all the information you need to make your stay in Granada as special as the city that welcomes you.

We offer two options: you can complete the check-in online after booking so everything is ready on arrival day. Alternatively, there’s a kiosk at the main entrance of the apartment building where you can check in directly. There you’ll enter your details, pay (if not prepaid), and receive an access code. If neither option works, we’ll be happy to assist you at the main reception of our Gran Luna hotel in Granada.

Check-in to your apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. If you need to arrive earlier, you can contact us or indicate it in the remarks of your booking so we can take it into account. Check-out is until 12:00 p.m. If you need more flexibility, please contact us and we will inform you about the available options.

Subject to availability, late check-out until 2:00 PM (€15), 4:00 PM (€25) or 6:00 PM (€40). Please inquire at reception upon arrival.
Yes, you can enjoy all the hotel services as if you were staying in the main hotel.
Children under 14 do not need to present an ID, but their relationship with the responsible adult and other personal details must be provided. Those aged 14 to 17 must register their personal data and state their relationship with the accompanying adult. All this can be completed in advance via online check-in.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, but you may do so in the designated outdoor areas.
