What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and the room is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage at reception.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Can I leave my luggage after checking out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at reception upon checkout, and our staff will store it until you leave. You also have the option to book a late check-out to stay in the room longer.
What is the WiFi login and password?
The hotel's Wi-Fi network is delunahotels, and you don't need a password to connect. First, select the network, and you will be redirected to a guest login page. You will need to enter your first name, last name, room number, and email address. Each guest must connect with their own first and last name.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a parking facility integrated into the hotel building. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance, as availability is not guaranteed.
What is the cost of parking?
Parking costs €25 per day and must be reserved in advance.
How do I use the airport shuttle?
Once your transport service has been confirmed, your private driver will be waiting for you at the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.
Is there a nearby taxi stand?
Yes, there is a taxi stand at Avenida de la Constitución 2, near the intersection with Gran Vía de Colón. It is approximately a 6-minute walk from the hotel.
Is there a pool?
We currently do not have a pool, but it is scheduled to open in spring 2026 alongside a rooftop offering stunning views.
Is there a hot tub?
No, there is no hot tub available.
Do you have a spa?
We do not have a spa within the hotel building, but we collaborate with the top professionals and the best spas in Granada to offer our guests exclusive experiences.
Do you have a gym or fitness studio?

Do you have event rooms?
We have meeting spaces available. Please provide the date, number of attendees, and any specific requirements.
Does the hotel have business facilities such as a business center?

Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes, the reception is open 24/7.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
We do not currently have a restaurant, but we will open a gastrobar in February 2026—a perfect spot to savor the finest flavors the city has to offer.
What time does the restaurant open?
Breakfast is open from 7:00 a.m.
Do you offer special breakfast options (gluten-free, vegan, halal…)?
Yes, we offer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, and Halal options. Please let us know when making your reservation or upon arrival.
How can I order room service?
You will find a QR code in your room to view our menu. Call reception on extension 9 from your room telephone to order. This service has an additional cost of €5 and is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Do you have a terrace?
Our terrace is not currently open to the public, but it will be available in spring 2026. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy these stunning views of the heart of Granada.
Does the terrace have views?
Yes, it offers a stunning panoramic view of the San Cristóbal Viewpoint and the rooftops of the Albaicín thanks to its central location.
Is there a fridge in the room?

Do you have an iron?
Yes, irons are not in the rooms. If you need one, you can request it at reception, and it will be delivered to your room.
Is there an in-room safe?
Yes.
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Yes.
Is there a coffee maker in the room?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a coffee maker and kettle.
How can I adjust the heating or air conditioning in my room?
You can adjust both from the room panel. Reception can also assist, as they can control it remotely.
How often is housekeeping provided?
The cleaning service is available every day until 5:00 p.m. On the day you would like your room cleaned, hang the ‘please clean my room’ sign on your door.
Does the hotel allow pets?
We’re sorry, but our hotel does not allow pets. Another hotel in our chain, Gran Hotel Luna de Granada, does accommodate guests with pets.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or public areas, and a €150 penalty will be applied if this policy is violated.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes, we have accessible facilities and are certified as Autism Friendly.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are smoke-free.
Is the hotel safe for families or solo travelers?
Yes, the area is a safe neighborhood.
What information is required to confirm a reservation?
The hotel requires the guest’s full name, phone number, and credit card details (number, expiration date, and CVV). If the payment is made through an agency, the hotel also needs the agency’s tax information to issue the invoice.
Do children need to provide identification?
Children under 14 do not need ID, but their details and relationship with the accompanying adult must be provided. Children 14–18 must register their personal details.
Do you offer cribs or extra beds?
We provide cribs upon request. Extra beds are not available.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, you can store luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
Do you offer courier/mailing services?
No, but the reception can prepare your items for courier pickup.
Can you help me get tickets for the Alhambra?
Yes, our team can assist with booking tickets and provide guidance on the city, its monuments, and restaurants.
